A Taste for Tradition
Highfield Preserves began at the Fraser family’s kitchen table in Devon in 1984, with preserves made on the family AGA. More than 40 years later, the family-run business remains devoted to the craft of preserve-making, combining much-loved family recipes with fresh ideas and a commitment to flavour and home-cooked quality.
Founder Jennifer Fraser painted the illustrations that appear on the mop caps and labels across the traditional preserves range, giving each jar distinctive, personal character. Today, her son Don and his wife Emma run Highfield Preserves from purpose-built premises near Highfield House, in the village of Willand just outside Tiverton.
Whether spread on breakfast toast, served alongside a shared meal or chosen as a thoughtful food gift, every jar carries forward the Fraser family’s love of tradition and the joy of sharing good food.
