Wye Knot parcel delivery starts from £3.95. Many products can be delivered throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, while some direct-delivery or specialist items have destination restrictions that are checked and shown before payment.
Shop-held products are checked and packed by Wye Knot in Builth Wells. Selected products are sent directly to you by an approved fulfilment partner on our behalf; Wye Knot remains your retailer and point of contact.
Collect eligible orders from Wye Knot, 27 High Street, Builth Wells. Products sent directly by a fulfilment partner are not normally available for click & collect unless checkout specifically offers it.
For products sent from Wye Knot, we use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce or another suitable courier depending on the item, destination and level of care needed.
Most shop-held orders are checked, packed and despatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Selected products use direct delivery from an approved fulfilment partner. The direct-delivery charge is calculated separately from Wye Knot parcel delivery using the product type, shipment weight and destination, and the final charge is shown at checkout before payment. A mixed basket can therefore show more than one delivery charge and arrive in separate consignments.
Some products are available to order, heavier or more fragile to handle, or sent directly from an approved fulfilment partner. Where an item needs longer, the product information or checkout will show the relevant delivery arrangement before you place the order.
Items fulfilled from different locations may be sent separately rather than held back for one combined parcel.
Fragile and larger products may use a specialist service. Some large direct-delivery items use a two-person service and the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Direct delivery can take longer than our normal parcel service, especially for large items. Any service restrictions or additional postcode charge will be applied before payment rather than added afterwards.

Please contact Wye Knot rather than returning the item to a courier or fulfilment partner. This request for prompt notice does not affect your statutory rights.
Click & collect is free for eligible items held or made available through Wye Knot. Products marked for direct delivery are not normally available for collection unless checkout specifically offers that option. We will confirm when a collection order is ready, so please wait for our email or message before visiting the shop.
