Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm makes the finished ketchup in Pembrokeshire, using Welsh-grown chillies alongside authentic Korean gochujang paste. The result combines Welsh-grown chillies and Pembrokeshire making with a distinctly identified Korean paste in one finished sauce from the farm.
