Tea & Biscuit Chocolate Bar
The tea & biscuit chocolate bar brings two chocolates together in one layered design. Its blonde chocolate outer melts away to reveal a dark chocolate centre, keeping the pale shell and deeper-coloured filling distinct as the bar moves from one chocolate to the other.
The blonde and dark chocolates have different ingredient profiles. Cocoa butter, whole and skimmed milk powders and natural vanilla flavouring feature in the blonde chocolate; the dark centre combines cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla extract, so the two layers differ in composition as well as position.
Crunchy biscuit pearls finish the back of the bar, adding a third textural element alongside the two chocolate layers. Each cereal centre is coated in dark and white chocolate, a neat final touch for a chocolate enthusiast who enjoys a bar with several distinct elements to discover.

A more personal find
The Chocolate Society places organic bergamot oil only in the chocolate centre, beneath the blonde outer. This keeps the bergamot-infused layer hidden until the outer melts away, making it part of the bar's reveal rather than the first layer encountered. For someone intrigued by bergamot in chocolate, the centre gives that ingredient a clearly defined place.
