Garden Fern Green Cotton Wheat Bag

To warm it, place the whole bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1½–2 minutes at 500–1000 watts. Once heated, it is ready for a calm, practical self-care pause at home.
Cooling is another part of its practical use: chill the bag in a freezer for use on sprains when cold is preferred to warmth. The bag is unscented and suitable for ages 36 months and over. The microwaveable bag also complies with British Safety Standard BS8433:2004.
