How do I choose a food making kit as a gift?

Start with the recipient’s favourite foods and flavours, then consider whether they would prefer to make something alone or share the activity. Check all supplied dietary and allergen information before giving.

Are food making kits suitable for sharing?

Some may suit a shared activity. Consider how many people will take part and check any available portion guidance before choosing.

What dietary information should I check?

Review all dietary and allergen information supplied and compare it with the recipient’s allergies, intolerances and other requirements. If you are uncertain whether a kit is suitable, choose a different gift.

When is a food making kit a suitable present?

A food making kit can suit someone who enjoys making as well as tasting a treat. Consider the occasion, their preferred flavours and whether they would enjoy the activity alone or with others.
