Highland Cow Table Lamp
Highland Cow Table Lamp brings the breed's unmistakable silhouette indoors, from curved horns and a broad muzzle to the long, rippling coat and sturdy legs. The sculpted base has a warm bronze-toned finish, while the clean black shade gives the detailed figure a strong, simple frame.
The black shade is supplied with the sculptural cow base, held above it on a slim central stem. At 43 cm high with a 27 cm by 27 cm footprint, this is a substantial bedside lamp rather than a tiny accent, so it will sit most comfortably where its full outline can be seen.
We chose this lamp for the way its carefully rendered coat is tempered by the plain dark shade; the result is characterful without becoming overly ornate. It is especially well suited to a bedside table in a country-inspired bedroom, where the Highland Cow remains an engaging part of the décor even when the lamp is unlit.
