Wallace & Gromit Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Making Kit
The Wallace & Gromit Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Making Kit is centred on making two named cheeses rather than only one. Mozzarella and ricotta each have a place within the same kit, creating a clearly defined at-home project for anyone keen to try making both for themselves.
The cheese-making ingredients are included, with milk as the single addition to provide. That clear division makes the practical starting point easy to understand from the outset: have the milk ready, then use it with the supplied ingredients for the mozzarella and ricotta.
For a curious home cook, the appeal lies in having two clear cheese-making aims already set by the kit. It makes a considered present for someone who has been meaning to try cheese making, while also working as a project to choose for oneself and take on at home.

A more personal find
