The Award Winning Salted Caramel Chocolate Bar is moulded as a tablet, with neat squares arranged around a circular Harris and James mark. Rings and fine line details cross selected pieces, so the chocolate itself carries the maker's identity once the wrapper is opened.
Each bar is handmade in Suffolk by the company's own expert chocolate makers. The work stays in house, giving the H&J initials at its centre a direct connection to the team that prepared it.
Set the opened bar on the table after supper and let each person break off a square. The grid keeps serving simple, and the moulded details remain visible as the bar is divided.

Smooth milk chocolate is made from single-farm cacao beans, then set with buttery caramel shards and flakes of sea salt.
