The Award Winning Coffee Chocolate Bar takes a familiar pairing and makes it part of the chocolate from the very beginning. The result is a naturally flavoured dark bar in which the combination runs through the whole recipe.
Harris and James's own expert chocolate makers grind, blend and conch the ingredients together. They are combined throughout the making of the bar, from grinding onwards, with conching completing the process.
Enjoy a piece on its own, giving the combined flavour room to carry through the dark chocolate. The bar remains direct and uncomplicated, grounded in its ingredients and the way they are worked together.
