We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce or another suitable courier depending on the item, destination and level of care needed.
Most orders are checked, packed and despatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.

If your order contains items with different preparation times, we will usually send or prepare the full order together once everything is ready.
Packed with care from Builth Wells
We check and pack every online order carefully from our Builth Wells shop. Fragile items are wrapped with extra care before being sent.
We also try to use recycled or reused packaging where suitable, while still making sure your order is properly protected.
