Hearts Multi Duo Fabric Wheat Bag
The hearts multi duo fabric wheat bag brings together heart-patterned cotton fabric and soft, breathable fleece in a dual-sided design. The fleece sits cosily against the skin, while the cotton side carries the multi-heart pattern. For warm use, place the whole bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1½–2 minutes at 500–1000 watts. It can also be chilled in the freezer for use on sprains, allowing this single bag to move between warming and cooling uses. Those two preparations give it a practical place in everyday self-care.
